Clipforge is an AI video editor for short-form and faceless creators. You upload a recording or a set of clips, choose a creator template, and Clipforge drafts a first cut with captions that you can adjust on a simple timeline.

How to use Clipforge

A step-by-step workflow. The current version of Clipforge may differ.

  1. Step 1: Upload your recording

    Start a new project and add a video file, or several clips, from your computer. Recordings up to 10 minutes work on the free plan.

  2. Step 2: Choose a creator template

    Pick a template for the platform you are posting to. The template sets the frame size, caption position and text style.

  3. Step 3: Let Clipforge draft the first cut

    Turn on Remove silences and Remove filler words, then generate the first cut. Check the timeline and restore any cut you want to keep.

  4. Step 4: Check the captions

    Captions are generated automatically. Correct names, numbers and product terms, and split long lines so each one is easy to read on a phone.

  5. Step 5: Export and publish

    Export in 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok. Free exports are 720p with a small watermark; Pro exports up to 4K without one.
